The project involves selective demolition and refurbishment of an existing private residence, including the construction of a swimming pool, outdoor gym, BBQ and entertainment area, pump room, and a new main entry. The works also include roof strengthening and re-sheathing, replacement of internal finishes, and the installation of new windows, doors, and bespoke millwork.
