The project comprised the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing 22,500 sq.ft commercial building on Richmond Street, Port of Spain, to establish a Jaguar Land Rover showroom and service centre. The facility accommodates new vehicle sales, customer reception areas, workshops, and associated aftersales operations, configured to meet brand and operational requirements.
OTA Consulting acted as Quantity Surveyors, providing full pre-contract and post-contract cost management services, including cost planning, bills of quantities, tender evaluation, valuations, and commercial administration, supporting effective cost control and successful project delivery.
