The development provides contemporary guest accommodation supported by a comprehensive range of amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, restaurant and bar facilities, and dedicated meeting and events spaces, comprising four (4) event rooms with a maximum capacity of 60 persons.
Key guest-facing features include an elevated pool and pizza bar, reflecting the AC brand’s modern, design-led positioning.
OTA Consulting acted as Quantity Surveyors, providing pre-contract and post-contract cost management services, ensuring cost certainty and effective commercial control throughout project delivery.
